Embedded systems & connected-product engineering

Connected hardwarebuilt for the real world.

I help product teams solve the electronics, firmware, connectivity and device-data problems blocking pilots and delivery.

01

Aeroshi: a connected product built end to end.

Aeroshi moved from custom electronics to a deployed system with secure telemetry, application software, unit QA and client-facing outputs.

Aeroshi connected environmental monitor opened on an electronics workbench

Custom hardware. Secure device platform. Repeatable field delivery.

ESP32-C6 and SEN66 · authenticated telemetry and OTA · unit QA and CE/EMC support

Engineering work beyond Aeroshi.

02Low-power RF / customer complaint

The board worked. The battery life did not.

Compact embedded power and proximity-sensing test rig

Measured active, standby and transition current, then redesigned the RF board around its real duty cycle.

ResultReduced quiescent current below 10 µA, extending standby life and addressing the customer complaint.

03Manufacturing QA / line failure

A production test cannot depend on its inventor.

Multiple embedded controller boards connected on a development bench

Built a multi-board fixture and traced an unstable UART state that appeared after bootloading.

ResultRemoved line-stop failures and left manufacturing with a repeatable unit-check path.

04Firmware delivery / remote product

The update path had to survive more than the happy path.

Embedded controller from a remote site-security product during firmware investigation

Joined Python tooling, a replacement bootloader, multi-chip communication and dual-DMA audio playback.

ResultDelivered an OTA audio pipeline with update, recovery and hardware behaviour treated as one system.

Two ways to bring me in.

01Project

Give me the technical problem.

For a blocked prototype, failing subsystem or uncertain pilot. I diagnose it, implement the change and leave a repeatable test path.

02Capacity

Add me to the engineering team.

For cross-system hardware, firmware and connectivity work that needs one owner through implementation and verification.
